Absolutely! We encourage this! We've included plenty of inputs for even the most demanding systems. Movies, sporting events, and concerts streamed through our processors and amplifiers just sound better! And, once you've played your favorite games through our processors, you'll never go back to anything else!
How long is the warranty on your products?
We were hoping you'd ask! One of the things we pride ourselves on is our built-to-last products. Our products carry a 5-year warranty. In fact, if you send in your product for a factory upgrade, we'll complete the upgrade, re-certify the product, and restart your warranty back to "Day 1" status. In other words, providing an additional 5-year warranty from the date of the repair! This has been something we've offered on all of our products all along.
I'm sick of buying a new AVR and having it become obsolete in no time and having to buy a replacement! How are you any different?
Outstanding question! We build our products with an upgrade process in mind for your future-proof assurance. Firmware upgrades are a given. Hardware upgrades are an option that will provide you the latest technology without losing your full investment like with virtually all AVR products and some of our "high-end" competitors.
I have a control system in my home. What are the chances of your products interfacing with that?
You brought up one of our specialties! We work actively & directly with Control4, Crestron, Elan, RTI, Savant, and URC to ensure compatibility.
What surround formats will play through your immersive sound processors?
Our processors include surround format options from 2.0 stereo to Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. Lots of flexibility for you to pick the perfect format for your audio/video source material.
Do I have to use your amplifiers with your immersive sound processors?
No, you don't. But, you really should. As long as you have compatible inputs on the amplifiers, you can play our processors through virtually any amplifier.
Are there any speakers that aren't a good match with your amplifiers?
This one is easy: Our amplifiers make every speaker, regardless of manufacturer, sound better.
